The policies below are designed to create a seamless, elevated experience for every bride, client, and student we serve.

BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

To officially reserve your date or appointment, a non-refundable retainer is required. This secures your booking and ensures our full commitment to your scheduled service.

• Dates are not held without a retainer

• Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to your service date

• Bridal balances are typically due 7–14 days before the wedding day

• Accepted payment methods will be outlined during booking

• All inquiries are responded to within 24–48 business hours
   

Because of the level of preparation and exclusivity involved, we accept a limited number of bookings to ensure each client receives our full attention.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans can shift, and we always approach these moments with care and grace.

• All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability

• In the case of unforeseen emergencies, we will do our best to accommodate a new date where possible

• Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of payments made
   

Your reserved time is held exclusively for you, and this policy allows us to honor that commitment.

TRAVEL & DESTINATION SERVICES

Yeisha Forbes Beauty proudly serves both local and destination clients, including luxury weddings throughout the Bahamas.

​

For destination bookings:

• Travel accommodations (flight, hotel, and transportation) are required

• A minimum booking may be required, depending on location and date

• Early start times may incur an additional fee

• A suitable workspace with adequate lighting and seating should be provided on location
   

Our goal is to bring a calm, seamless beauty experience directly to you—wherever your celebration takes place.

BRIDAL MAKEUP POLICIES

Your bridal beauty experience is designed with intention, care, and an editorial eye.

​

• Bridal previews (trials) are recommended and scheduled in advance

• Wedding day timelines are carefully coordinated with your planner or coordinator

• Bridal party services must be confirmed ahead of time to ensure proper scheduling

• Larger parties may require an assistant artist with a fee

• Touch-ups are not included unless pre-arranged as an add-on service
   

From your first look to your final photo, your makeup is designed to photograph beautifully and last throughout the day.

​

To preserve the calm, seamless flow of your wedding morning, the agreed-upon timeline must be honored by all members of the bridal party. Should delays occur, services will continue within the scheduled timeframe, and any missed appointments will be respectfully forfeited.

​

GLAM MAKEUP (NON-BRIDAL CLIENTS)

For special events, photoshoots, and occasions:

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation

• Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face

• Specific look changes must be discussed prior to your appointment

• Additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance
   

Each appointment is thoughtfully timed to give you a polished, refined result without feeling rushed.

MAKEUP ARTIST MENTORSHIP POLICIES

Our mentorship experiences are designed for artists who are ready to elevate both their artistry and their brand.

• Full payment or an approved payment plan is required to begin

• All payments are non-refundable once the program has started

• Active participation and implementation are essential for best results

• All training materials, techniques, and content are the intellectual property of Yeisha Forbes Beauty and may not be shared or redistributed

This is a collaborative and transformative space, created to support your growth with intention and excellence.

MAKEUP CLASSES & STUDENT TRAINING

For hands-on classes and workshops:

• Seats must be reserved in advance with full or partial payment

• All class payments are non-refundable

• Class start and end times are strictly observed

• Students may be required to bring a model (details provided upon registration)

• Recording or redistribution of training content is not permitted

Each class is designed to give you both technical skill and a deeper understanding of elevated, editorial artistry.

SANITATION & SAFETY

Your safety and comfort are always a priority.

• All tools and products are sanitized between each client

• Professional hygiene practices are strictly followed at all times

• Clean disposables are used where appropriate

• We reserve the right to refuse service if sanitary conditions are compromised

COVID-19, FLU & ILLNESS POLICY

Your health, and the health of every client we serve, is deeply important to us.

If you are experiencing symptoms such as:

• Fever

• Cough

• Flu-like symptoms

• Contagious skin conditions

• Or have recently been exposed to COVID-19 or other illnesses

We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

• Services will not be performed on clients who are visibly unwell

• In certain cases, a mask may be required during your appointment

• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if health concerns arise

This policy allows us to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for everyone.

PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT USAGE

As part of our artistry, we may capture images or videos of completed looks.

• Content may be used for our portfolio, website, social media, and potential publication

• Your identity will always be respected and presented with care

• Clients may request privacy prior to their appointment if preferred
